Heather was looking for a shift in the anxiety she was feeling. The dread in the pit of her stomach, that she felt ever since the comment on the Network about taking on the man that held this place under his thumb. She knew it couldn't go the way they wanted. Knew there would be some pretty bad repercussions. And not just for the people doing the fighting. Hadn't Petersen tried to rally the ones fighting against those that were? And this faceless entity seemed much more merciless.

So she decided to try and draw up hope. If she felt this way, she didn't doubt others did too. And how better to rally the troops, without long winded speeches, than to play up beat music?

She started with a song that she sang Robin, when he was feeling pretty low. Avril Lavine's Keep Holding On. And flowed from there with some very upbeat pop music, Kelly Clarkson's My life would suck without you. Peppered in with some P!nk, Lady Gaga... Pretty much anything she could find that would raise hope. Even if no one listened.

It led to a few songs that were in there just because. Because she liked them. Like the one she was currently dancing to. Rhianna's Only Girl in the World.

The headphones on her ears were cordless, her clothes were loose, and close to something she would have worn to bed, and if she was pressed likely she'd say that the collarless cropped gray teeshirt, rolled waisted red striped cotton shorts shorts, and pushed down knee socks were worn to bed. Most of the words were lip synced too. But every now and then she did sing along, fortunately the headphones weren't sound canceling so she could keep in tune as she belted out.

"Want you to make me feel
Like I'm the only girl in the world
Like I'm the only one that you'll ever love
Like I'm the only one who knows your heart
Only one

Want you to take it
Like a thief in the night
Hold me like a pillow
Make me feel right
Baby I'll tell you all my secrets
That I'm keepin', you can come inside
And when you enter, you ain't leavin'
Be my prisoner for the night, oh

Want you to make me feel
Like I'm the only girl in the world
Like I'm the only one that you'll ever love
Like I'm the only one who knows your heart
Only girl in the world
Like I'm the only one that's in command
'Cause I'm the only one who understands
Like I'm the only one who knows your heart
Only one."
