"I think that's enough for right now sweetie." Izzy pulled the youngster away from his prize, and bounced him on her hip to try and distract him enough so he wouldn't cry at having it taken away. "Let's take him to the play room with the others, there's toys for him there." Hopefully the girls wouldn't boss him around too much.
"You're right Suni, but I don't want to impose too much. Aside from Sookie and Tom everyone's got kids of their own or will by the end of the year." She wasn't looking forward to dealing with seven children under five, and five in diapers. Sleep was going to be a distant memory for a while.
Yet at the same time she was looking forward to the challenge. It was a strange feeling, the mixture of emotions.
