Summer was lost in her own thoughts as she ran through the forest. So much so that she didn't see the little man in the clearing she'd just entered until she was nearly level with him. When she did see him, however, she stopped short in her tracks, her sneakers making furrows in the earthy floor as she dug her heels in to counteract her momentum. She had no idea what to make of the man. He was small - shorter than her - but he looked just like a normal person, albeit very hairy. He also looked angry and... was brandishing a stick at her.
Her eyes widening, Summer lifted her hands to show she surrendered, not liking the idea of being bludgeoned with a muddy stick this early in the morning. "Whoah..." she said, her forehead creasing in concern and confusion. "Easy tiger. I come in peace."
