Abigail shook her head. "You saved her. That's huge." She reached up and stroked his cheek, hoping he'd look away from the sky. "They must have known for a long time that the oxygen wouldn't last. And that accidents can and will happen." Even in her day, everyone knew you couldn't breathe in space. "You were a kid. We're still kids. It's not on you or her." She brushed her fingers through his hair. "You did good for that ark. You saved someone. Others were looking for ways to label people expendable, so they could have more oxygen and guinea pigs. But not you. You didn't let growing up in that ark change you. You still saved her."
