Who: Kerry and those at Allerdale Hall.
What: Kerry's arrival.
When: TBD
Where: Allerdale Hall
Warnings: Kerry is arriving from a point where she was trying to get killed.
Open: To those at Allerdale Hall

Kerry stepped outside the town walls, having made the decision to sacrifice herself to give those in the pods a chance of survival. The next generation wouldn't need people like her or Jason. She was dressed in only her pod suit. It didn't matter what she looked like as she died. She took one last look behind her as the walls closed, leaving her alone in the wilderness. It wouldn't take long now. The abbies would tear her to shreds as they devoured her. Hopefully the viruses she had infected herself with would spread to them.

When Kerry looked back to where the abbies should be approaching from, everything looked different. It must have been a trick of her mind, sparing her that last terrifying sight. She could swear she even saw a mansion up ahead. She knew that was impossible. Outside of Wayward Pines, humans hadn't been around for thousands of years. Nothing like that was left. Maybe the morphine had a more powerful effect than she thought possible. Or the viruses were spreading rapidly. Either way, the last look at the past was surprising, even though it was all in her imagination. She found herself walking towards it, letting herself have the distraction for as long as it lasted.
