Who: Peggy and Eggsy - Peggsy!
Where: Mitchell's pub
What: Talking and a lot of gin
When: Monday night
Rating: Low
Open: Not really
Status: Ongoing

Questioning herself more than ever, Peggy had had enough of the tension in the cottage. Even when he wasn't there, Bucky's presence could be felt like it was stitched into the lining of the curtains and moulded between the tiles in the kitchen. She had put the children to bed and told Steve that he would have to keep an eye on them for an hour or two while she got some fresh air and that she'd reciprocate the favour for him. Three children, even sleeping ones, was hard work for the soft hearted parent. She didn't even both to change, just wiped her hands on her denim dungarees and walked out the door with her house keys in her hand.

Not hesitating, she headed straight for the pub to make a decent gin and tonic and get some rational headspace from the fuck up of her marriage.
