Sookie thought for a moment, thinking of any challenge she could mention other than the lusty thoughts. "Things never stay the same here, that's the challenge." She answered and listed examples to explain. "Sometimes the island swaps people's powers around. Or their entire bodies, or even their species. Some of our pets were human for a while. I miss my magic when the island swaps me, but it's kind of fun to try out new powers too. It's like we get to experience part of being someone else." She paused, thinking she wouldn't mind being someone else right now. Maybe a sexy guy. Or woman. She could lock herself in her room and..oh dear. She thought of more examples to change her train of thought. "The island changes people's ages. It's cool to see what people were like when they were kids or learn about their futures once we adjust to their new age." Another pause. "Oh, the buildings were changed around too, maybe you were here for that? We got the chance to explore the city all over again. Um..what else? Ghosts showed up once. I studied them as best I could, but they never seemed to stay around long enough to get a lot of data. And the weather can change at a moment's notice."
Sookie paused before moving onto the worst of it. The reapers. "There are the really bad things too. We had these aliens once, that just started trying to kill everyone. They wouldn't talk to us, or try to work things out. They just kept attacking. I think that was the worst of it. Luckily, big families aren't so hard. There's the sibling rivalries that come up. As kids, we all want our parent's attention and since there's only two of them; it's easy to feel ignored. Sometimes, it's hard not to feel like you're not as good as your siblings too. Especially since there are a lot of high achievers in the family."
