Matt wasn't exactly sure what was going on. He'd always been sensitive and women were something he enjoyed but lately it was every little thing getting his heard racing and his blood flowing. It was anything from the scent of someone in the building spraying her perfume or overhearing a woman on the next floor letting out a groan as she enjoyed her food. He hadn't even tried to leave the apartment after finding himself in a particularly hard-to-hide situation when he found himself in the elevator with a woman he didn't even know getting back from a grocery shop.
He'd been tempted to call Heather more than once, or just head to the pub and hope he came across her or someone else who might be inclined to the same sort of night, but he didn't know enough about the people here to know if it was something he was okay with getting a reputation for. So he'd done his best to hold out on his own and hope whatever this was to blow over.
Yet...almost as soon as he heard the elevator doors open outside his door his senses went back in to crazy mode. He knew it was Mouse, he knew she was probably coming to see him, and he knew she was turned on. It sent his out heartbeat pounding almost instantly and the blood rushed from his brain so quickly he felt a little dizzy as he stood to meet her at the door. He took a deep breath, trying his best to calm his body and listen to the voice in his head reminding him that her parents were about the worst people he could imagine pissing off. Still, he knew he had to be polite and if he was already at the door by the time he made that decision he decided to blame it on routine rather than his body deciding he was going to answer whether he wanted to or not.
