Who: Thor and Kat When: Backdated a couple of days to this Where: Their house What: Talking Open: To family members
Katherine had been pacing for the last five minutes. While Rhysand's answers had been to her satisfaction, the situation she found herself in was not. She felt a lot more secure under her family's roof. The power the High Lord possessed was remarkable and frightening. While it was not the fae himself she mistrusted, the feeling of invulnerability that overcame the heart of creatures that had been out of harm for a long time had been shattered. The rotteness of this place had revealed herself once again and while there was no hiding - never ever - her own home provided her with comfort.
But as much as she preferred having dinner at her place, as much as she preferred it to spare Rhysand the glaring eyes of her uncle. She certainly felt pride over the protectiveness her family members displayed. Had Rhysand been a stranger, she would make no attempt to change their minds about him. She was uncertain whether she would have tried to protect him from their wrath at all. In Katherine's mind families were allowed to protect their younger members. But as it was, Rhysand was no stranger and while not neccessarily seeking his acceptance right now, she at least required the knowledge that he would be tolerated. So she sought out her uncle in the garden.
"Thor, can I talk to you?" she asked the one question plenty of people did not want to hear.
