Since I'm already picking some things up for mine and Laura's apartment, can I interest you ladies in some holiday decorations while I'm out? I know it's not the norm for the women of Winterfell but if you can survive Thanksgiving, you may as well enjoy Christmas as well.

Usually a tree with some shiny baubles and apparently strings of electric lights are a thing now. Holly berries, but I don't know if those are toxic to the wolves so I wouldn't get real ones for you all in case one of them decides on a snack. A whole lot of things with snow themed animals and Santa - do you know about Santa yet? The big fat guy with the white beard who brings gifts? He's a popular sort of fellow in the decor.

That's the spirit. I think you'll like some parts of the celebration. It's definitely borrowed from many different cultures over the years.

Besides, it involves gift giving. And we can get gifts for Lady and Nymeria, too.

Okay then yes, similar to that. But everyone exchanges gifts, not just for that one specific person. Well, sometimes it's for one person, I think they're calling that Secret Santa.

Well, he varies by culture but here in the US, he's a big fat man with a bushy white beard and a red suit. He travels the world bringing gifts to children. There's a very good book with his story, I might be able to find a copy.
