It is entirely too hot to exist right now and I barely got any sleep last night.

EJ has been entirely too fussy all night, and all morning.

I can't get him down for a nap, I've tried for an hour now, but its hard because people keep coming and going.


I know. I'm not a great mom today. All I want is an extra large fry and a nap.

He is crying a lot. I don't know if he's hot or he's not feeling good or anything, I've tried everything I can think of.

Maybe I can sort of... dampen things? So he doesn't notice the rest of the room as much. I did it around Klaus' bed to block noise.

Yeah. It's not very big or anything. I changed the whole inside of the apartment at the building and that was mostly just fiddly.

It just feels like it, when EJ is frustrating me beyond belief and I'm already cranky. I always imagined I'd be more... able to manage things.

I think every parent gets frustrated, Pepper. You're used to being in control of just about everything around you. You can't control a newborn who can't even speak what he needs from you. It's okay to freak out about that.
