Yeah, pretty good. I like the iced coffee best cause I can drink it faster, but I may have just poured the hot coffee and cream into the cereal.

Normally you put milk in cereal- it is designed to not get soggy for a bit, but you gotta eat fast.

...Bracca didn't have much fresh anything. I ate what I could afford, so nothing fancy. Greez was helping me adjust to somewhat normal food again before I ended up here. Pizza is good.

Hence the pies. It's easier for me to be up and doing something when I can't sleep than just laying in bed and spiraling.

um. So. A therapist is someone who is trained to listen, basically, and help with whatever is going on in your head. They can prescribe medication for sleep or other mental chemical imbalances.

I have one back home that I've seen weekly since I was nine. I'm looking for one here because I can't not sleep.

I don't, obviously, know what's causing you not to sleep, but I'm a supporter of talking to someone who isn't emotionally involved and is trained to help.

Like a mind healer. I, uh, don't exactly use medications that alter my mind, but it might not hurt to find a mind healer here.

...I'm sorry you can't sleep either. If you can't find one soon and you want some sleep-Uh, I mean it isn't a secret I have powers now thanks to the arena I might be able to help calm your mind.

Exactly. They are doctors for the mind. Even just talking helps, but I do--did--have a prescription for my anxiety. It doesn't alter my mind, exactly. It just keeps things from getting too emotionally big.

It's okay. I'm okay, really. It just sometimes happens. You can? How?

I never did learn how to meditate. Do what's right for you. That's always the most important thing. Maybe try to nap later?

Uh, so, in my galaxy I'm something called a Jedi. I can use powers to help you quiet your mind for a bit. Even sleep. I just can't use it on myself. I could ask Anakin to help me sleep, but then I'd have to explain the nightmares.

Meditating has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It is how I calm my mind, normally. And yeah, I'll probably nap at some point.
