'Sup, fellow kidnappees. If we haven't met yet, I'm Rose Hathaway.
Really used to that name actually meaning something but whatever

This whole thing is pretty fucked up, but with this whole lack of money and things, you know, cost money, I'd be stupid not to actually look for a job. The thing is that I've trained since I wasn't little to be one thing and it's a job that doesn't necessarily exist here, at least not exactly the same way plus you know I don't think my qualifications really transfer over to wherever the fuck this city really is.

So, my question is what's an 18 year whose main still is hitting things to do for a job that isn't just going to be boring as shit?

Making bread? Lots of dough punching. Could also work at a gym or something similar? Dog walking? Are there dogs here? Has anyone seen any pets? Police academy to be a police officer?

Definitely not the dog thing. Animals really don't like me. A gym would be pretty cool, maybe. Or being a cop, I guess.

Why wouldn't they like you? I'd say you could take up building things because you can hit things with a hammer, but I don't know if that's appealing to you?

I could see it being one. Maybe you could get your GED here? But then, there seem to be people here with abilities, which makes me wonder if you need to really have a special degree to work in any kind of enforcement with people with abilities.

What were you training to be before you got here?

I have a similar skill set plus a few other things. I was thinking maybe a job as a personal trainer at one of the gyms. Maybe the Entity or whoever it is will give up some ideas since they brought us here.

Peter suggested something like that, too. I've never taught anyone to fight before, but I probably could do that. The only other idea I really liked was being a cop. Or I guess I could do some kind of security, too.

I'm sure you could especially if you've been trained to do it, it's easy to show other people. Sometimes its hard to hold yourself back though and not hurt someone by accident.

Security isn't a bad option either.

Depending on the details of 'hitting things for a job' and the training you have had you could look into training to be a physical trainer or a coach of some sort.

Krav Maga, mostly. We played around with some other fighting styles, too. My job was going to be kind of like a body guard eventually, but I wasn't totally done with it. The training idea does sound pretty cool.

Looking into programs while you get the proper certification but also being able to work, an apprenticeship might be a worthy path.

There are a number of different offerings for martial arts that I've run across in my walking to look into as well.
