As fucked crazy as it sounds, I worked with him. We sort of press-ganged him into the Future Foundation. Trust me, this isn't anything he'd come up with.

Besides which, with all the different universes here the chances of it being someone from our specific multiverse are pretty small.

Yeah, we worked with him too. And then he double crossed us.

So basically your Dr Doom might not have done this, but my world's Dr Doom could've. Especially with Wanda's powers.

If Doom could enter the time stream or break out of the multiverse, I'm not sure anything could've stopped him. No one knows the extent of Wanda's powers, she remade the world. It's super scary to think Doom could do the same.
