Ice cream for brunch (cause who eats a proper breakfast anyway?) and now a real live fluffball. They remind me of tribbles, but in nicer colors.

I'd say it's been an alright day.

Would you say it has been a banner day?

Look, reproducing did not automatically give you permission to start in on dad jokes.

Yes, it did. Ask Peter about it.

What would he know, he's never reproduced!

That's it. I'm sending you my Dad Joke of the Day from now on.

See, now you made it awkward.

Can I call you Pop? My dad hated that.

It's Pops. The S is very important.

Maybe that's where I messed up all those years ago.

Ice cream should be an everyday breakfast/brunch staple.

What color fluffball did you get?

If you do it every day for breakfast then it isn't special when you do.

One guess, kiddo.

I'll have you know I possess the ability to make anything special.

Predictable. :P Did you name yours yet?

So the next time the litter box needs changing, you gonna make that special, too?

To be fair, he just showed up at my door all fuzzy and green. I'm leaning towards Bunson.

...I hadn't considered litter boxes. Now I'm wondering how this ball of cute would like living with the bunnies.

I like Bunson. Bunson is a good name. I'm leaning toward Scout for mine.

Fred says they're very low maintenance. Maybe they don't need one?

I have an overwhelming urge to read To Kill a Mockingbird again.

In that case? I retract my previous statement.

I just finished really reading it for the first time a few weeks ago.

To be fair, 10 year old me didn't have an interest in English Lit...and this new interest has a lot to do with the fact that I'm dating an English Lit teacher who made recommendations that I promised I would read.

Did I at least get you to read The Secret Garden?

Ok? No one is attempting to force happiness here, James. Some people genuinely enjoy those things. Including the moonshine.
