I'm still not exactly sure what to do with myself. I've been a thief, a goddess and a queen, and none are exactly relevant here. Which I suppose leaves teaching. Goddess knows there are enough subjects I could cover. Languages, just to start with.

I don't know. I still feel... unmoored.

It is.

Something simple, I think. I've just finished dealing with unfinished business at home, and I think it will be a while until I want that kind of excitement again.

If you're not looking for excitement, I'm not sure teaching is a good option.

That most likely depends who and what you're teaching. My students in the past have been very troublesome at times.

I've always found any group of students extremely spirited no matter the subject or the age.

I'm happy to say I haven't had that challenge. But if you present yourself as a teacher here, I suspect you'll find yourself in much the same situation.
