Tired. Like, I'm not sure how I'm still standing, and I still have like [...] 30 hours of ambulance and hospital rotations to go and I'm not really sure what I'm doing.

How do you all even go to sleep when you're this tired?!

You're probably low on magnesium.

Is it going to help me not fall asleep through pharmacology?

Not necessarily right away like sleeping pills do, but yeah. Not sleeping when you're too tired is usually because you're pushing too hard and carrying it in your muscles. Calcium helps them tense, magnesium helps them relax. Chronic stress lowers magnesium levels. I used to take supplements religiously in grad school.

You could spend all your money on smashed avocado, I've read it's why the young people can't afford houses anymore.

No. Gen Z was born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Alpha will be born between 2010 and 2025.

I'm like, after.
