The fruit and things all taste more intense here. They're not as pretty looking and you have to wash them better but they're so much less bland.

And the bananas are different. I don't know what's with the bananas.

	Probably because people don't really treat them with anything these days. No pesticides, GMOs, hormones and all that stuff. Plus, they're not really all that chemically modified yet. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	There was a banana fungus that wiped the Gros Michel mostly off the map, so banana probably tastes like banana here, since banana candy was formulated about the Gros Michel. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Must of Wundagore just ran on magic but I think the kitchens were updated with technology. I know my mother had a lot of fridges and things in her laboratory. Between the two I don't think there was much need to preserve things. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
