Hey Alice, I'm here. This is one of those weird things that sometimes happens here. Sometimes the scenery changes and we get to see new places for a little while. We'll be back in our old world real soon, I'm sure of it.

Not all of it got shut off. We're people here, just like the rest of the residents. I can't promise that nothing bad will ever happen to us, Alice, but I can promise that we'll be treated the same as everyone else here.

I didn't hear about that. What did you think of seeing all the animals and eating the cotton candy? I've not tried Cotton candy yet myself, so you've got one on me.

I really liked it! I would like to do all the things. I've heard aquariums are very nice too.

I like cats. It's something I learned recently, but cats are amazing creatures, both the wild varieties and the domesticated breeds. I also like their purrs.

Perhaps I can take you to an aquarium? When we get back to our New York?

I'm glad you liked it. Food is something of a revelation to me too, for obvious reasons. Have you tried burgers yet?
