I normally do this at the start of the month but sine Hannah mentioned flu shots (seriously, get your flu shot; measles would be a good idea too) and there's been so many new people recently I might as well do it a few days early.

Hi, I'm Dr Sam Wilson, I run the medical clinic on the ground floor. For anyone who doesn't know, one of the absolute biggest rules in the medical profession in most of our worlds - and most importantly, here - is confidentiality, so if there's anything we might need to know about how to treat you in an emergency and you don't want everyone to find out about it, you can let us know and we can't tell anyone. Really any information you have on your medical history would be great for us to know about. You can stop by any time and let one of us know.

As for treatment options, at the moment we have more magical staff than science-based, but both are available. I personally am technically a research biologist specialising in bioengineering, cybernetics and nanotechnology, and I've done a lot of work with the sorts of injuries you see in combat vets - particularly amputations, nerve damage and paralysis. But I was a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the Army for a while and I've got a combined MD/PhD and a couple of post-grad diplomas, so I'm fully qualified to handle patients.

Also, yes, occasionally I have wings. That's mostly just for fun.

Yeah. It was a fairly safe route for working on neurology and biotech without my work getting used as a weapon.

I meant more present tense. In my experience having the capacity for neural input without any actual input is a pain in the ass.

I've got a lab at Stark Industries, but I'm usually at the clinic during the day unless I'm cleaning up after teenagers.

He's not there. Yeah, I get that. The metal detectors would be real problematic. Just come to the clinic.
