lonnie told me once when i couldn't sleep that when she was having trouble sleeping, her mother would make her a glass of warm milk. i never tried it because i thought it sounded dumb but if you're really desperate...

and if you're really, really desperate, you could ask the girl whose mother is kind of an expert on getting people to sleep for a spell. she'd probably tell you the try the milk first, though.

	hey, you asked. it could do wonders for all i know. that's the old school way. me? i prefer to spell people with food. i'd say it depends on who's making them. if they know what they're doing, they can be great and do exactly what you want them to do. if they don't, it can be a mess. how long has it been since you've slept? 	that does sound like a downside, yeah. i think i do. i remember seeing some potion recipes in mom's spell book that she had marked for this kind of thing. i could do it, if you trust me to. maybe try it on myself first. we'll figure something out. i could always tell you about auradon politics and bore you to sleep. 	so we put it in something that you do like. i'm not sure drinking a potion straight would be the tastiest thing in the world, anyway. it's up to you, though. i get that the magic thing is still a little weird. like a bedtime story from hell. but it could get the job done. (Reply to this) (Parent)
