I may have found a facility that can handle what we discussed, I could but it. It's unassuming enough. It'll drain my fundage for a while but I'd do it.

Hi, me again. Sorry to bother you. There's a safety concern to our residents currently that requires a power dampening containment space strong enough to withstand the strength of someone like Superman. I can build it, I just need the funds for the facility, and maybe a few special supplies from home to do so?
