Too many changes in too short a space of time has thrown my anchoring to shit. I'm not used to any of this so it'd an adjustment. My natural coping method is withdrawing.

You might adjust faster if you quit withdrawing. I know hanging around Scott, Lydia and Stiles has helped me. It might help you too.
