It was a weekly thing for a while there, but it's mostly calmed down.

World-ending apocalypses sound... world-ending. I went through one of those. It's always a really rad time. I take it you were able to thwart it, though?

That sounds intense. Mine is mostly alien-intervention. One specific alien who doesn't think his plans out far enough and ends up hurtling Earth into catastrophe more often than I'd like. And I'd generally like "never", but I can handle once every few months. He's pretty easy to distract.

Kinda is, yeah. There's this whole destiny thing involved, and prophecies, and things like that. I haven't come up against aliens yet.
