You guys have got too many different kinds of bread. And way too much food, but for the purposes of this exercise, I won't complain. I thought a knish was just bread? What's the difference and why are there that many kinds that you can get me a few different ones to try? And figures, probably should have asked sooner than now.

More? Fuck. How many Yeah. I'm starting to like rooftops.

A knish is something wrapped in pastry and baked or fried or boiled. It can be potatoes, meat, fruit. You take the filling and wrap it in dough and it's delicious. There's different kinds because people have started filling them with more than just meat or potatoes.

Hopefully the general population of this version's New York boroughs won't increase to match the ones from my home. Though the ostriches are not from home. We do not have those wandering around at all.
