Hey, breakfast! Thanks, Entity! You're already more attentive than Dad Batm Bruce fuck it the Bat. L'chaim!

You awake? You wanna patch in something funky into my headset? I left my music in my room. Roofs are boring. Have you ever spent all night on a roof? It's tedious. I kept looking for cameras to do tricks in front of though.

Seems to be a topic of conversation around here.

That certainly would appeal to his enormous ego.

I don't know. Other than my kid's friend, I don't think anyone actually likes him much. I really hope people don't talk about me li--

He has a kind of charm, sometimes. His girlfriends seem to like him alright. Maybe they just like the money, though. But yeah, that's mostly true back home too.

Who's your kid?

I see.

Peter Parker.

Oh, Peter! Yeah, he's a really good kid. We've talked a couple times.

Yeah, he is. Thanks. His aunt did a good job.

Family is what you make it, yeah? I was born into a circus and everyone was family. My brothers are my brothers because we chose to be. I think sometimes those can be the best kinds of families. It's good he's got someone here.

Yeah, I had a team at home for a bit. Definitely a sort of family then. Pete is from there too.

The circus, hm? That is interesting. Did you have an act?

Cool! We had a couple teams back home too. Some of them are here.

My parents and I had a trapeze act. And then I do a bunch of aerial stuff. Silks, ropes, hoop and rings, stationary trapeze, Chinese pole, I'm kind of rusty on the wheel but I can manage. And I'm not half bad at escape and danger acts if I need to fill in for someone. But no clowns. I don't mess with clowns.

Good. Like you said, better than being alone.

Heh, you defy death, but are afraid of clowns?

Have you met my brothers? Dubious.

Not afraid, no. But if you lived in Gotham you'd know why we just don't go there if it can be avoided. We have a [...] plague, for lack of a better word. Of clowns. It's frustrating at the best of times.

Depends on who they are?

Now I'm getting a Stephen King's IT vibe.

Jason Todd and Tim Drake.

[...] Actually, yeah, that's pretty accurate.

I don't think I've met them.

Fucking clowns.

That doesn't really surprise me. They both keep to themselves in their own ways.

My sentiments at least 50% of the time.
