So...apparently I'm new or whatever?

I found a floaty piece of paper which should probably weird me out more than it did. It told me to come here and I've apparently got a room so that's cool and all but why am I in Mexico? I don't speak Spanish, is that going to be an issue?

Also hi, I'm Billy I guess.

I don't guess anyone here knows a Victor or Rosa Vasquez? They're gonna be really mad when I'm missing again.

Yeah, but not here really because there are so many and sometimes we need them to protect us from bad stuff. I haven't seen the bad stuff yet though.
