I have never seen so many people in one place before. it's so loud

They have a bunch of things that I want to join.... they have Mathelete's and a science club.

This is overwhelming amazing.

I asked Bruce if I could join the Matheletes and the Science club.

And Ray is going to take me up into space maybe.

And I compared wings with Mr. Sam. His are cool. Mine are cooler though, I think.

Ray is a friend of mine. You'll be in good hands, but I don't think you can quite reach space from Goodland. It will still be cool to fly though, yeah?

It is SO FUN.

It isn't as competitive as back home. Because the opposing teams aren't exactly people, I guess. But we play lots of practice games and solve puzzles and challenge each other and it is just really cool.

It's just good to communicate where you'll be is all. That way if you're ever not home on time, then I know to worry.

There are. Probably more than you've ever seen ever, huh?

It'll get easier over time. But if you need to find a quiet spot once in a while, I can talk to your teachers. And Tony's got the right idea, headphones in the Halla between classes would be good.

That's a whole lot! It's okay to be a little anxious with so much going on. The changing classes is always the worst part. And the lunchroom, with everyone talking at the same time.

Unless you all get in trouble and there's silent lunch. That's actually worse.

Of course you can, buddy. Just let me know what days so I know you'll be a little later, ok?

I might be a little anxious. Yeah. I had to hang out in the bathroom for a little bit at lunch.

I dont get in trouble.


I will walk home with Stacey on Wednesdays. Science club is Tuesdays.

If it gets really bad, see if you can sowbd half of lunch in the library. Then you can go read as soon as you're done eating.

You don't but silent lunch they punish everyone! The Great Food Fight of 86 was an adventure for everybody.

That sounds great. We'll make sure you get an extra snack packed on those days. I can't wait to see what you're working on in science club.
