Tweak says, "But why is the rum gone?"

Tony fully admits to going overboard for Peter's surprise 17th birthday party; furthermore, he is not the least bit embarrassed about it. It wasn't too long ago that he thought he'd never celebrate another birthday with the kid so he is not letting this one go by without a bang. He is also desperate to make the day special despite May and Ned not being in Goodland. Guests, therefore, can expect a good time.

Tony rented a local reception hall and pool. Guests will arrive 30 minutes before Peter, who James and MJ distract until party time. They mingle in the hall, which is air conditioned and has seating areas. Light refreshments are available for the guests while they wait. It is decorated with balloons and a "Happy birthday, Peter" banner. Tony requests the guests not use any streamers or noise makers due to Peter's heightened senses. He is a little nervous about the whole yelling "surprise" thing also, but too late now.

Once Peter arrives, the guests will enjoy the pool area. There is a DJ, pool floats, and games. Food includes a hamburger/hot-dog/veggie-burger/veggie-dog bar, a salad bar, a popcorn bar, and emoji cupcakes (Peter knows why). Drinks include mocktails, soda, tea, coffee, and water. Alcoholic beverages are available in the hall for the 21+ crowd.

The party concludes with a fabulous cake. There are chocolate and vanilla layers.
