“Then he should be an even more fearsome stead.” Thor beamed, “I imagine it would be like… riding the Hulk into battle or something. The larger the stead, the more intimidating the effect.” But, for effect, Thor tapped his own belly. It had gotten smaller here, because he wasn’t just eating pizza anymore, but it still wasn’t what it had been before Thanos.
Thor moved across the room, and welcomed Valkyrie with a hug and a kiss to her temple before he surveyed the room again with a shrug. “It was good.” Thor said as he nodded his head, “The messier the room, the better the party.” Thor was just pleased to be able to spoil his family– that they were all together once again. This was the only holiday he’d had with his family intact and in a weird way… he even missed his father in those moments. Undoubtedly the man would have ruined everything with one simple word, but his absence was noticeable.
“I am excited to ring in the New Year, however.” Thor nodded. “And be done with festivities for a while.”
