HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!

Happy 4th of July, Goodland! Rose and Cassie have worked hard to prepare a summer celebration decked out in red, white, and blue on the grounds of Ostrich Villa. There's a cookout, desserts, icy summer drinks, and of course ending the night with Jubilee's fireworks! And despite all of their threats, the celebrations for Captain America himself were kept fairly low key. Steve gets a birthday cake and a rousing chorus or two of the happy birthday song. And birthday gifts. Of course.

Rose was there, obviously. She ran around playing perfect hostess with her tiny sidekick. Everyone always had access to a cold drink, snack, game, or room in the sprinkler! Steve got an adorable Cap cake. I would be lying if I said she wasn't wearing a Union Jack swimsuit top though! :D

Steeb totally went to the party cause he's a patriotic former soldier type, but he very likely left before the fireworks. Cause...former soldier. Loud noises not so fun.

Bruce is not always the most patriotic type anymore but he loves Steve and, well, parties are fun, so he totally went and took the kids if they want to go (and Betty of course but I'm not speaking for her, she's scary when she's mad!). He totally also brought Steve a gift card to some art supply store.

Billy B went because Cassie is helping throw a party and she is cute and he may or may not like her, we're working on those feelings right now, thanks.

Billy M went because it's a party and he's not an idiot, thanks. Stacey, too.

Frigga would have taken the kids that wanted to go and they were allowed to stay until fireworks before she rounded up the ducklings and got them upstairs.

Teddy has no idea what's going on but he is not about to turn down a party if a grownup wants to take him! Especially a party that has cake.

Matt only went if Kate dragged his ~~shy~~ antisocial ass. I think that's everyone!
