Liz had been there drinking for hours, earbuds in to ignore the little green man that was following her around. While she had enjoyed him the other day, she just couldn't deal with it that day.

She had gotten her hopes up that Max had arrived after the power in the entire building, hopes that were dashed when Cisco told her he hadn't seen any lightening fractals near the fuse box. It ruined her entire day and she decided at that moment to take a personal day. She knew she wouldn't be able to focus on her work anymore so she took off to the best friend's bar, intending on hanging out there for the right of the day.

It had gotten considerably more quite when the stalker disappeared and she visibly relaxed a little bit, happy that he was gone because she was in the mood to be alone. Tossing back the shot in front of her, Liz filled the glass back up with the tequila bottle the Maria was nice enough to leave her. Silence and booze. This was the beginning of a great night.
