Lila doesn't know why the hell she's here but she is. Her purple dress is complete with leather straps that are probably just there to conceal a couple of weapons. She's sticking close to her family and Oliver most of the evening.

Oliver has mad respect for the fact that she's got weaponry hidden under the leather. And also is trying to plot how to get her out of the dress later. *hide your eyes, Nate*
