BD jumped up on the hip height wall surrounding fauna that Cal wasn't overly familiar with. They reminded him of some of the plants on Kashyyyk but were nowhere near the size. He raised an eyebrow as the droid trilled at him excitedly. "Yeah? I mean I guess it isn't surprising the plants look familiar, good catch, buddy." He glanced down at the container of the puffed treat called popcorn and frowned faintly. The stuff wasn't exactly filling. Greez would have loved how salty it was and that thought caused his lips to twitch with an almost smile.

"Bee-op?" Cal blinked and glanced back at BD. "Uh, no, just thinking about Greez and salt." The droid let out a series of sounds that were pretty much laughter. The young Jedi couldn't help letting out a laugh as well before he sat down on the ledge of the planter. He popped some popcorn into his mouth and found himself having to raise his arms up awkwardly thanks to BD climbing into his lap rather like a Loth-cat.

"Hey, easy," he half scolded before finding a way to rest his arms around his droid without having to let go of the popcorn bucket. "I guess just people watch, huh?" BD headbutted his hand in agreement, nearly knocking the popcorn free. He snorted faintly as he shook his head. He knew what BD was doing, the little fellow was trying to distract him from the feeling of anxiety. This place just threw into his face the fact he wasn't from this world at all. He needed to be back on the Mantis, with Merrin and the others, traveling the galaxy. There was an Empire to stop. He hated not doing anything and BD knew that.

A sigh escaped him before he put some popcorn into his mouth. He chewed slowly as he settled in to just people watch.
