You'll notice sparkles falling from the sky early Sunday morning. These are not ordinary sparkles, however! They cast a very special spell on the Ostrich Villa residents. Congrats! EVERYONE is ridiculously happy until the spell wears off on the 13th.

do you have to go outside to be affected?
it says the residents, so the NPCs won't be stupid happy?
