With her hearing Laura had no real problem hearing despite the background noise. She wasn't entirely sure how that worked; she would have thought the loud music would have drowned everything out, but instead she was able to distinguish between sounds, tune out the ones that weren't relevant, focus on the ones that were.
She was surprised to see it was Hugo that had gotten her attention - she didn't typically have a huge amount to do with all the Hogwarts wizards aside from the occasional few comments on the network. She didn't have anything against him though, so she pushed her empty shot glass back across the counter and waved off the bartender, turning back to where she could see the dance floor, angled a bit towards the wizard. "You know. Just getting out of the building now we can. You?"
