Michael knew that he and Liz had a lot to discuss, though he wasn't planning to share everything he knew with her. They'd all agreed they weren't going to tell her about the pod they found since there was nothing any of them could do about it and she didn't need that pain. Nor did his dumbass brother need her getting the bright idea that Max could heal Rosa and pressuring him to do that.

Inviting Dorian was an impulse, one he may regret if any of them slipped about the whole alien thing in front of him, but Michael figured it was good to meet new people. Especially attractive new people. Though maybe it wouldn't be the smartest thing in the world to flirt with someone else in front of DeLuca. They hadn't made any promises to each other, he knew that she wasn't going to expect any, though he could acknowledge that picking up someone else in her presence was probably not a smart move.

When he arrived, he ordered a beer and found a small table that was close enough to the bar for Maria to be able to chat with them easily.

"I found out Rosa is only my half sister" She told him, nodding as her drink was brought over. She noticed his hand and wanted to ask about it but she wanted to get the whole Rosa thing out of that way first. It was obvious what happened to his hand so he could wait. She took a nice long sip ten she set it down, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. "Noah told me first before he stabbed me then Kyle confirmed it when he was patching me up. She's his sister too. Our parents had an affair"

Well, that was unexpected. And probably a little weird considering that Liz and Valenti used to be a thing. "Damn, that's heavy," he said. "How the hell did Noah know that?" The dude was creepy as fuck though, so Michael supposed he shouldn't be all that surprised that he knew the secrets of people in town. It did explain a some why Kyle had gotten so involved with helping them figure out what was going on though.

"Tell me about it" She commented as she rested her arms on the table with a heavy sigh that went along with what he said. It was something she was still processing and probably always would be. It was not an easy thing to take in. "Rosa told him all of her secrets when he was using Isobel's body. She's the reason our ... my ... my mom left and never came back too" Her voice wavered ever so slightly with an upset tone as she mentioned her mom to him. It wasn't something she liked talking about these days.

"So Rosa knew?" He wondered how she'd known and why she hadn't told Liz about it back then. Michael swallowed hard and nodded when she mentioned her mother leaving. Obviously he felt for her situation, knew that being abandoned was painful, but it brought up unpleasant memories for him and he felt a flash of rage at all that had been taken from him. It also made him shudder to think about how Noah had violated Isobel.

She nodded her head as she took another sip of her drink. Knowing what talking about Rosa and the whole situation probably made Michael feel ( because you spend six weeks with a guy, you tend to get to know him pretty well ), she chose to leave it at that and move on as she put the glass back down. "When did he heal your hand?" She asked, her eyes going down to it before she looked back up at him. There was no question of who and how, only when. Maybe why but she would let him tell her that if he wanted to.

Michael glanced down at his hand, flexing it out of habit. Even though it was healed, he still occasionally felt like it was cramping up or tight. "After everything with Noah," he said. "Before he came to find you." Before they'd discovered Noah's terrible secret. "He just did it." And Michael was still a little bitter about that, though deep down he knew Max was right and they all needed to stop living in the past.

She took a moment to take it all in, entering it into the timeline of what she knew happened that night. So much went down that it was hard to take it all in. "He healed you without your consent?" She asked with a frown, reaching out to touch his hand. He didn't seem to happen about it so she had to guess that he didn't want it to happen. Why she wasn't sure because it wasn't her place to ask. Come to think of it, Max had also healed her without her consent but it was a different situation, as she had been dead and couldn't argue. "Are you doing alright with it? It must be so strange to have it back" She commented as she pulled her hand back.

It was strange, but not necessarily in a bad way. Michael would never say he was grateful for what Max did though he wasn't going to give his brother too much shit over it at this point. Well, except for trying to figure out how to explain it to people back home. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said, pulling his hand away when she reached to touch it. Even though it was healed, he still wasn't comfortable with that.
