Re: The Lounge - Lizzy and Dick
It wouldn't be a lie that a small part of Lizzy's brain worried that Dick might be bipolar. However, she had brushed off those thoughts and simply took his sometimes odd behavior as stress of his job, of losing his father, and stress of seeing her hurt. She couldn't begin to imagine how much he put on himself, and how hard it was for him to cope with it all.
She just hoped she was even just a small comfort.
Once he had wrapped his arm around her, she snuggled into his side, actually pulling her legs under her, smoothing her dress so nothing showed. "It's easy to forget how harsh it looks in the light when it looks so beautiful now." She let her fingers trace slow patters on his thigh, watching the boats move across the channel. She was crazy about Dick Grayson, in spite of whatever issues there were. She couldn't imagine being with anyone else, even when she felt he was pushing her away.
