A/N: My brain has not been workings but the seven sins got it kicked into gear. The are all there. Envy, the last challenge is a the bottom. Merry Christmas! (oh the irony). Un-Beta'd

Pride - a high or inordinate opinion of one's own dignity

Severus was a very pride full person. He pride himself on his potions, on the quality of them. He took good pride in family, the one he had build over a life times. The pride that filled him when he gave birth to his twin as immeasurable.

But his pride did bring him down too. He didn’t back down from the muggle teacher that told him his daughter, Kala was slow and need to be in a special school. It pride that kept him from going on leave with his third child. It was from pride that he lost the child.

Lust - intense sexual desire or appetite

Remus could not help the lust that filled him each full moon. The lust of the wolf. Whether it was lust for the blood of a hunt or the lust for his mate. Severus accommodated him. Severus would splay out on there bed and let the wolf in Remus ravish him.

But the lust was not enjoyable at times. It would flare from the day before to the day after the moon and in the worst places. Over at Harry and Ginny’s, sometimes in the Apocthricy when Severus bent down to get a jar of something on the lower shelf.

Gluttony - excessive eating and drinking

Remus loved his chocolate as much as he loved his family. When Severus was at work and Kala and Kain was at school he would take all the chocolate that he had hidden in the house. He would dunk dark chocolate in white chocolate. He would drink the liquid chocolate right from the spout.

But it became a real problem when he gained a lot of weight. He could not get out of bed by himself. Not even the wizards had a potion or spell to go from 300 to 170. He had to give up his chocolate or his life.

Greed - an excessive desire to acquire or possess more than what one needs or deserves

Severus worked hard to make their life better. He didn’t have the time to the stop and rest. Some said he was as greedy as Lucius Malfoy. But he could not see it. He had to make his families life the best even if it meant spending all his time workings.

It was not until he came home to find his family gone. He never noticed that his need for his families well being had turned him into something that he did not even know. His greed had blinded him. But now he could see where he had gone wrong.

Sloth - habitual disinclination to exertion; laziness

No one knew that Remus was lazy. As lazy as the day is was long. He didn’t want to do anything around the house. Mostly leaving his family to pick up the messes and to be yelled at his husband.

But Severus was smart. He knew how to get his husband up off of the couch and how to move. First he would send his little ones to Potters then put on the short skirt that Remus had bought him once. Then he would walk in front of Remus and bent down to pick up some imaginary thing. That sure got him moving.

Wrath - strong, stern, or fierce anger

No one in Severus’ class wanted to get him mad. Severus wrath was talked about all through the school. First years cried where seventh years cringed. He had spent his whole teaching career developing the cold and calculated shell.

But his wrath was not always a good thing. Kain was a messy child. He didn’t like to pick up his clothes or his toys and Severus often yelled at him for it, but Kain was not afraid of his father, it was Kala that often broke out into tears when Kain was being yelled at.

Envy - a feeling of discontent or covetousness with regard to another's advantages

Severus envied James Potter since they were kids. He envied the way that James flew, his friends and the fact that everyone would flock to him. He hated him for getting in trouble and acting like it was nothing. He envied that James had Lily had a girlfriend and Remus as his lover. A man like that should never have two to love him.

But his envy stopped when James and Lily died. He no longer envied that man had treated him like a piece of trash in school. But more importantly, he had Remus all to himself, to love.
