Not that Daphne cared. She knew that being in Diagon was a risk, but she couldn't have cared less, especially knowing that anyone that tried to go up against her would find themselves on the other end of her wand with more than a few gaps in their memory by the end of the meeting, if any memory would be left at all. Her specialty was, after all, obliviation.
But she did know that her sister cared, and likely far more than she let on. She'd always been a rather, well... subtle creature. Quiet and caring, even. "That's certainly one way to put it."
