My initial reaction: OMG, OMG, OMG a courtship fic! And when I had finished reading it I was practically bouncing around because I was so happy. (Okay, I was really bouncing around an squeeling like the hopeless fangirl that I am. But I just can't help it, the Snarry-action was quite simply delightful.)

So yes, thanks for cheering me up!

And wow what a story, loved it. Really. Especially how you had portrayed Severus. And how Severus and Harry's relationship slowly developed.

WOW

And well the ending was brilliant yet left me with a urge to shout out: More please...!

And I should not forget to: THANK YOU... for writing this wonderful story.

Brilliant! This fic really made me smile.

I loved the Courting process and wasn't surprised the Ministry thought of such a shambles. I enjoyed Harry learning more about his mother because that is something he needs.

Ron was Ron and Hermione was Hermione and I couldn't have liked them better. I like the idea of Ginny using a subtle love potion on Harry because it seems plausible as she is fascinated with him.

The Snarry interaction was great. Harry learned there was more to Severus and Severus realized he was very wrong about Harry Potter. I simply adore this story. Excellent.

ooh, a courtship fic! I enjoyed this very much. Your gentle method of explaining Severus's feelings for Lily was nice, and I smiled when I heard that Lily had a stuffed bear named Topsy. The part about George almost saying "us" and only just correcting himself in time made me want to burst into tears. [amazing how fictional characters get to us, no?]

Anyway, excellent job, mystery author.

I'm glad you liked Topsy:) That's the type of detail that I imagine Harry has wanted to know about his mother for his whole life.

George almost saying us came from the fact that I automatically typed us when I was writing his dialog. If I still can't believe Fred is gone, I imagine that it would be much worse for George... You're absolutely right about how fictional characters get to us!

Very great story, I loved the slow build up. It was a nice change of pace, and they weren't snaky to each other all the time, and yet they weren't out of character. Your original character seemed just that and not a mary sue or a trite plot device, the love potion was a ingenious way to get around Ginny, not only did it get rid of her, but it explained how Harry went from seeing her as a sister to dating her over night, that has always been on of the few JK issues that never rang true to me. It was like she suddenly realized she had to give him a love interest. It was also a good way to have the whole issue thing explained away to Severus' satisfaciton, without him going into pages of suspicious doubts. As potion's master he would understand what a love potion could do, and as Ginny's potion's master he would know if she really had the ability to pull it off.

I also loved that McGonagall had the last word. I too want to say more, but this is a very satisfactory ending.

Very nice story.

	I really loved this fic. My favorite parts were the little details about Lilly, George almost saying "us" and the scene with Harry and Sev on the boat. The iage of that last one really struck me as very beautiful but still IC for both of them, which can be difficult at times with someone as awkward as Harry can be and standoffish as Sev. 	I am planning on a sequel at some point, though I'm not sure when it will be finished. There's definitely more to the story, but I ran out of time to write it all before the deadline. You hit all of my favorites with this one. I adore courtship fics. LOVE the explanation Snape had about being 'in love' with Lily. You definitely planned out the whole courtship process! I love the build up and the UST and the flirting. I LOVE romantic Snape and he was still IC. I always thought Snape would be romantic in his own way, if properly motivated. I really liked Harry in this too. This was such a wonderful fic!

	I had to laugh a little at your comment about planning out the courtship process. I have to admit to being a compulsive planner, and I actually had pages of notes to make sure I had all the dates and other details correct. I was so caught up in the story that when I got to the end I kept looking for a 'next part' button!

I liked the more mature Harry and how his relationship with Severus evolved over the course of the courtship. Ron was his usual temperamental self, with Hermione trying to rein him in. It was good to see a Severus who'd put his past behind him. (No masters, no fury?)

Ginny was very clever with her love potion. (Explains that 'chest monster' from canon.) I keep thinking that hosting Tom her first year had to have had an effect on her.

Again, I really enjoyed your writing.

	Oh, this was wonderful. This was a fabulous courtship story, and I love how you handled the dwindling of characters. I was so pleased to see that Harry and Severus didn't just jump into marriage, and that the requirements of the courtship didn't require anything; it just made this seem so much more plausible and enjoyable. 	Oh, I loved it! Delightfully romantic and erotic too. The slow buildup to their relationship was done beautifully and in such a way that I enjoyed every step of the journey.
