This is an AU in a universe where the Wizarding World never went into hiding, and as such two men (or two women) marrying is not strange.
A note on titles in ML: Because this is a story where titled men can marry other men, I've decided to use 'consort' to designate the lesser husband. For example, in formal address Sirius is the Earl of Stonehaven, and Remus is the Earl Consort of Stonehaven. I've also taken some liberties with other courtesy titles in this story as well.
