This story takes place in approximately 9th century in Sweden, during the Viking Age.

Summary: In Viking-Age Sweden, Seidhr magic was usually passed down from mother to daughter but since Harry was an only child, he became his mother's apprentice. Harry must now raise power for a ritual and turns to his other tutor, Severus Snape, to help him.

	Fascinating, an unusual and mythical setting for a Snarry. I'm glad Harry got to know his mother, and that he and Snape got their happy ending. Excellent fic. (Reply to this) (Thread)
