GUH. This sent a shiver down my spine, no kidding. I am amazed at how gorgeous all of this is. Need...to do...point form!!!
1) The colours and composition - so brilliantly muted, and yet you've kept enough subtle highlights to effectively draw the eye from Snape's face, to the wands, to Harry and then back to see Draco's retreat. I love how the colours make me feel the brush of the wind, the sound of the leaves beating against one another the coolness of the evening/night. GYAH.
2) PENCIL. OMG sketchiness of a pencil medium only adds to the intensity and frenetic nature of this scene. It puts me on edge, but compels me to stare and drink in the loose lines, the firm expressions, the shadows and the light.
3) Harry. Oh my god I am melting for your Harry. Melting in so many ways kasjdfhaksjdfhajksdhf. The delicacy of his hand is sublime, I could spend all day staring at it. His pose is reminiscent of Adam reaching out to god with one hand, holding back with the other. And his face....oh lord. The delicacy of his cheekbones, the grim tightness around his eyes, the wind in his hair....oh man, just EVERYTHING about his is perfect and beautiful and strong and I LOVE HIM. LIKE. A LOT. SERIOUSLY, I'M FEELING KINDA UNHEALTHY HERE.
