OMG! Wow! I'm practically speachless over here, but I'll try my best to give you the review you deserve! This was simply amazing! It was so heart wrenching at first, I was completely terrified that I'd have to quit reading. I didn't, I pushed on, and oh man was I ever rewared! The complexity, all of the thought, planning, and research that had to have been done for this simply humbles me. Like your team mascot's song, the words in the story lifted my spirits, and gave me so much joy! Still feeling so wonderful, I'm sure I even have a sappy grin to go along with the feeling!

Thank you so very much for sharring this!

Hugs,
Aery

Ahh, glad the angst didn't make you quit reading. We were hoping that the cheerful moments would shine through all the hopelessness and make the happy times all the sweeter.

As for the complexity - I am suspecting now that we are simply incapable of writing shorter stories. It's a pattern by now. Even the simplest plots tend to grow hydra heads and expand from planned short story to nearly a novel size. Not that I'm complaining.

Thank you very much for reading and for sharing how you felt. :)

Ahh, I was afraid the early angst might've been tough going for readers. Thank you so much for persevering! I'm relieved that you found it worth going on, and even more so that it left you smiling.

Thank you for letting us know how you felt!
