So, Sirius had advertised this as a dance party if only because he’d just somehow magically wound up with a record player and about a billion choices of things to listen to and there was no reason not to share in that kind of joy. Once he (Tony Stark, of the younger variety) got it all set up, speakers loud as speakers were meant to go, the upbeat tunes carried all through the courtyard.

They set out snacks — Doritos, because Sirius loved them, pizza (courtesy of Pancho’s) and other odd assortments of scavenged goodies right along with an array or drinks that were magically charmed to keep on refilling so even if people came around initially feeling shy — well. There’d be no shortage of liquid courage tonight.


It looked good, for all that it was a party just for the sake of it and therefore Sirius had seen no reason to decorate. Drinks, food, good music and better company would be where it was at on this fine night.
