Sure Kitty loved fireworks, and yeah they'd stayed for some of the main show but when it came right down to it the teasing she and John had been doing throughout the afternoon and into the evening as they'd waited for the light show to begin had been more than enough to make her just a little bit more willing to leave early.

Because she did't mind the little shows of affection they'd traded so far, kisses and easy touches, but it was all rapidly shifting into something more and that something more wasn't something that she wanted the rest of the town seeing. No matter how comfortable she was with any and all of them knowing that she'd started seeing John.

"I think I promised you some fireworks of our own," Kitty laughed as they tumbled through his door wrapping an arm over his shoulders and pulling him toward her to press her mouth to his, no longer the quick and teasing kisses they'd traded throughout the afternoon, but more heated, leading this time. She wasn't in a rush so much as she was simply eager, she liked having this with him, liked the afternoon they'd spent together, and the celebrating and the game, and now here they were at the end of a long day falling into one another.

"Think you're up for it?" She teased him, as if the idea that he might not be was even possible, "Or did you wear yourself out taking the murder chances down to zero for me?"

Kitty was still catching her breath as John worked his way upwards once more at her request, and she let her fingers loosen in his hair as he did, until her fingertips were skimming down over his scalp and his neck to let her wrap an arm around his shoulder and pull him firmly against her body, there was absolutely no room for any kind of modesty at this point between them and she liked the warm press of him against her.

She'd liked the way his body felt against hers when he'd held her on their first date, liked the way he felt when he kissed her, but like this it was something else entirely and Kitty wanted so much more of that.

"I don't know," Kitty teased a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth as she angled for a proper kiss. "You seemed to come pretty readily just then." Sure it wasn't what he'd teased, but she was justified.

Kissing him before he could come back with another response Kitty took her time with it, kissing him deeply and eagerly with a kind of hunger she hadn't had before, she wanted so much more from him than what they had done thus far, that had only served to make her that much more ready for everything else. "Let's go to bed." She said finally, when she pulled back just enough so that she could speak once more.
