Kitty rode out that wave once more and sighed out slowly when they finally broke apart, at least in one way. She pressed close as he held her, "That was amazing." She agreed and kissed him again. "You are such a surprise." Not since being here of course, she'd found that she hadn't ever really known him in the past, it was just one small piece of the man he really was. And now being here she'd been able to actually get to know him and see all those pieces that they'd never had time for in the past - and it was so good.
She nuzzled against his jaw lightly and pressed small kisses there as she curled herself against his body. "I think we probably had some better fireworks than anyone else tonight." She teased playfully.
Kitty didn't have any complaints about leaving the celebrations early to do this with him, there was no where else in the world that she'd rather be than right there with John.
