"Nice. Favorite band, favorite drummer, or both?" Peter probed, eyes scanning the cartoonish horizon ahead of him, he could see in a field off in the distance some Tauros running, as well as other Pokemon of various types and sizes, it was actually quite spectacular to see in real life. As they moved towards the city in the distance, he slipped hands into his pocket and watched her.
"Well a Pokemon that follows you without needing a pokeball would definitely be nice; though, I'm going to be absolutely stuck on what happens in one until I find out now... and did Stark make it or did he grab one? Never know with him." Peter was still off about Stark. Back in his time, he and Tony had had quite a deep, close relationship and then that had been squandered by several instances of betrayal and heavy disagreements. Then Tony had kind of pushed against a great deal of his friends. They'd worked together again, and had been mending that relationship, but he still didn't feel like he could trust Tony. Peter had to remind himself that the Tony here wasn't his Tony, and he needed to not judge.
"Yea, I also feel like I'm shirking responsibilities by being here, but then again this seems like it's an important thing to deal with too: the fact we're even here is something big and reality breaking, which could affect all of our realities eventually. So, guess we'll have to try and face it and hope that what friends we have back home are taking care of themselves and what needs to be taken care of."
When Gwen asked about his adjusting, Peter shrugged, "I'm doing alright. I've gotten used to suddenly winding up in a place, or situation I wasn't expecting and having to deal with it. I miss home, and my time, and really hope everyone's okay. I guess I kind of fear that if this happened, what other things could have happened in our realities? Is something else happening? Was this maybe more intentional than we thought, are we trapped here while some crazy alien race is taking over our world?"
Peter thought, "I live in an unhealthy mental state."
