WHO: Sirius Black and the gang (so really, basically everyone is welcome here!)
WHAT: ADVENTURES, ROMPING. POKEMON.
WHERE: The Alola Door- Hau’oil City
WHEN: Saturday
RATING: Low

Sirius had waited until later in the day, because that was when Miles got off of work -- a strange concept, but who was Sirius to disagree with it when he got hand delivered coffee out of the deal? And in the mean time had invited plenty more people to just show up with them and check things out. No reason not to -- buddy systems were all fine and good, but going as a group had plenty of merits too. Divide and conquer, shouting loudly, never running out of people to chatter at, the usual.

Mind, he'd went and grabbed his best mates for coming along too, James and his Remus. They had to be there.

And it was worth it, all that (little) effort of coordination, once he opened up the door and a tropical scene of palm trees, bright sun and a sprawling city that boasted a beach nearby all stretched out before them.

Perfect. It was absolutely perfect.

And so, of course, he was quite pleased with himself. "Beach eventually, you all!" he decided, stepping through and oohhhing over the sunshine. "You won't believe how brilliant I am at a doggie paddle."

Vision had never seen anything quite like the little monster who welcomed himself into their conversation. With the question, he truly had no answer to give right away, which was strange for Vision. He was quiet, which wasn't all that strange for Vision, but it was when considering the confusion on his face. "I honestly have no idea what... who this is."

Kneeling next to Nyx, he leaned in to have a better observation. "It is truly of this world, isn't it?" After taking in the appearance and mannerisms of the creature, Vision was comfortable enough to sit down in front of it and hold out his hand to it, encouraging it to come. "It seems friendly enough," he noted as his fingertips gently touched its ears.

Watching Vision with the creature and as he was making friends with it, Nyx started looking about at things around them. Then found a man fishing in the water. Nyx approached and shared a brief conversation, and did some learning of the area. About the region, about the creatures, and he was even given some things to help him and Vision.

Help by able to capture one of these Pokemon.

Returning to Vision, Nyx tossed one of the pokeballs he was given. "That man over there called these things Pokemon, and this specific one is called Mudkip. It's a water Pokemon." Nyx shrugged. "They catch them, train them, and then battle them against each other." Truly barbaric really.

"I'm going to find one I like and bring it back." Nyx declared.

Vision became infatuated by the little creature during his period of befriending it. An adorable tiny monster that seemed to be high in his spirits, who warmed up to Vision the more he lingered there. Vision spoke a few words to it while scratching behind its ear, but his friendly mumbles came to a close once Nyx returned with his news.

"They prepare them for battle? As if they were pigs for slaughter?" Vision stood up and watched as the creature scampered off in the distance. "I would like to join you then. I don't think our friend here wants to relocate, but I'm sure there is another, a pair perhaps, that wouldn't mind."

Vision was an interesting man. Was he a man? Nyx wasn't sure how to identify Vision at all. Not that it mattered. "Evidentally, it's one of their purposes. He explained to me that some our ridden, or beasts of burden, or some even help at the hospitals. But he explained when children turn of age, they are given a Pokemon, and they are sent out on an adventure." Nyx shrugged. "We're playing catch-up now, Vis."

With that said, Nyx tossed him one of the Pokeballs that was given to him by the random fisherman. "We catch one with these. We just have to weaken it first."

"I'm sure there are some who wish to be our compatriots." Nyx confirmed. He was sure of it. These little monsters were not just simple beasts. Just as BB15 was not a simple droid, but they would become allies, and friends. Respect was to be given not only to people, but creatures. Even when hunting for food, that creature gave it's life for you. Respect and honor was a must.

The entire explanation left Vision puzzled, and his mind computed all of what had been said by Nyx. When the ball was thrown to him, he turned it about and noted every detail. "I haven't seen anything quite like this before," Vision said, running his fingers along the surface of the Pokeball. "Things like it, I suppose I've seen, but not exactly like this. It is a net of sorts then?"

His eyes cast an expression of disappointment as he considered the explanation further. "We have to weaken it first?" He gently sighed and tucked the ball under his arm. "I'm not sure if I fully understand why this is such a tone of normalcy when it all sounds rather unfriendly."

"Where I come from, the beasts aren't captured and used like this." Nyx mused mostly to himself. "Though, also a lot of the things where I am from are trying to kill you." The Glaive paused in thought. "Actually, Niflheim spent many resources in capturing terrible creatures to use against Lucis in war." Nyx's eyes were darking in this consideration. "But, the ball I gave you works as the net and captures the creature in it."

"They say weaken it." Nyx confirmed. "Though I am opting to be hopeful to gain ones trust where it will want to travel with me." Nyx eyes looked hopeful. To the man bringing forth trust and respect would be a much better and happier experience. Which ever Pokemon he acquired, he'd like it to be his friend as much as his comrade.

World's had too much violence in it as it was. He much rather not fight if he didn't have to.

"True, most times beasts are captured for a purpose. Whether it is for the sake of having the advantage over an enemy or to domesticate, but this is an era that I have not yet known."

He went quiet for a moment, eyeballing a peculiar creature in the distance. "It bewilders me I know very little about this and, without sounding boastful, I am so accustomed to having an answer for most things."

Moving forward, he edged closer to this creature. "They seem peaceful."

While Vision took interest in a particular creature, Nyx waited patiently, and silently. The last thing the man needed was to be distracted or have an on looker spook the little guy.

While Vision was doing his thing, Nyx looked about and found his own interesting sight. Just a big beast of a.. pokemon? Strange. He wondered what it's name was, and if it was remotely peaceful. He'd have to examine at a later moment.

Looking back to Vision, Nyx put his hands into his pockets and watched carefully. It was interesting enough watching the man operate.
